Privacy Policy

Mokhu Canada ("Mokhu", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through mokhu.ca and through Mokhu Intelligence, our partner reporting tool, why we collect it, and how we handle it, in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What we collect

• Contact form details: your name, email address, phone number (optional), an approximate monthly revenue range, and the message you send us.
• Basic analytics: we use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to understand aggregate site usage (page views, referrers, approximate region). No personal profiles are built and no data is sold.
• Amazon seller data: for partners whose Amazon accounts we run. See Amazon seller data below.

Why we collect it

• To respond to your inquiry and schedule a discovery call.
• To prepare a relevant, useful opportunity audit for your brand.
• To improve the website experience.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry details only as long as needed to evaluate and pursue a potential partnership, and delete them on request. We never sell or rent your information.

Third parties

Form submissions are processed by our form provider and delivered to our inbox. Aggregate analytics are processed by our analytics provider. Both are engaged strictly to provide these services. The providers that handle Amazon seller data are listed in the next section.

Amazon seller data (Mokhu Intelligence)

To run and report on the Amazon accounts of our partners, we receive business data about each partner's seller account, from Amazon and from reporting services authorized for that account.

• What we receive: orders, sales, Amazon fees, inventory, shipments to Amazon, product listing details and prices, and returns and refunds. We do not request or store buyers' names, addresses, phone numbers or email addresses.
• Why we use it: only to operate and report on that partner's Amazon business. Mokhu Intelligence shows reports; it does not change Amazon listings, prices or shipments. We never use one partner's data for another partner, and we do not sell, rent or publish it.
• Who can use Mokhu Intelligence: only our own team and the partners whose Amazon accounts we run. It is not sold on its own and has no public sign-up. Each partner's login shows only that partner's own companies, and each team member sees only what their role requires.
• Service providers: the data is stored and processed by trusted service providers that work for us, such as cloud hosting, database and email services. They may use it only to provide those services. When we look up product details, we share only product identifiers. Some of these providers may store data outside Canada.
• How we protect it: encrypted connections, two-step sign-in on every login, a temporary lock after repeated wrong passwords, access by role, and access limited to approved people and systems.
• How long we keep it: for as long as we need it to run and report on the partner's account. If the partner ends our access to their account data, asks us to delete it, or Amazon instructs us to, we delete the Amazon data we hold for that partner within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep it.
• Security incidents: if we learn that this data may have been accessed without permission, we inform the affected partner and Amazon promptly, as Amazon's policies require.
