Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026 · Draft: pending legal review before launch.
Mokhu Canada ("Mokhu", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through mokhu.ca, why we collect it, and how we handle it, in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What we collect
- Contact form details: your name, email address, phone number (optional), an approximate monthly revenue range, and the message you send us.
- Basic analytics: we use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to understand aggregate site usage (page views, referrers, approximate region). No personal profiles are built and no data is sold.
Why we collect it
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule a discovery call.
- To prepare a relevant, useful opportunity audit for your brand.
- To improve the website experience.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry details only as long as needed to evaluate and pursue a potential partnership, and delete them on request. We never sell or rent your information.
Third parties
Form submissions are processed by our form provider and delivered to our inbox. Aggregate analytics are processed by our analytics provider. Both are engaged strictly to provide these services.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing purchasing@mokhu.ca.
